- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been needle phobic for years and it hasn't helped going to other dental practices that forced me to do something that I don't feel comfortable doing and shouting. I was absolutely terrified going in, shaking and taking as many deep breaths as possible. The staff at reception made me feel a little more relaxed and helped to reassure me about the sedation. The seditionist and dentists were lovely, relaxed and really understanding; whilst it took a while to calm down before I got the needle in my hand, it was soon over and done with and I couldn't a thing about the dental work that had been carried out. I would recommend conscious sedation to anyone with a needle or dentist phobia, it makes you really relaxed and isn't as scary as I thought and time just flies before you know it you're at home.
